Ruben von der Heydt is lecturer and research assistant at the University of Rostock in Germany. He studied at the Humboldt University of Berlin, the University of Rostock, the University of Granada and the German University of Administrative Sciences Speyer. He received a teaching degree in Philosophy, German and Social Science with a special emphasis on Law in 2007. From 2007 to 2010, he was part of the DFG's graduate school »Bioethics« in Tübingen. In 2012, he received another teaching degree for teaching in secondary schools. He finished his PhD in 2016.
