ejss - European Journal for Sport and Society
As the official publication of the European Association for Sociology of Sport (eass), the European Journal for Sport and Society (ejss) has been established in order to foster the dialogue of European sports sociologists. It contains articles focusing on theoretical aspects as well as on empirical research, seeking to mirror both theoretical discourse and methodological discussions. Considering social sciences in a broader sense, historical, sociopsychological, political and economic approaches are included. Additionally, the journal publishes research reports, conference reports, book reviews and conference announcements. The ejss is published quarterly.
